Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Locations

    • Frosted Apparel ships to all locations within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
       

  • Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

    • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may vary.
       

  • Shipping Rates and Options

    • Standard Shipping: $15 Flat Fee Australia Wide.

  • Delivery Timeframes

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

    • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier schedules, especially during public holidays or peak periods.
       

  • Order Tracking

    • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
       

  • Lost or Delayed Packages

    • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@frostedapparel.com.au. We will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted on items that are:

      • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

      • Returned within 30 days of purchase.

      • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
         

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • The following items are not eligible for return:

      • Sale items (unless faulty).
         

  • Return Process

    • To initiate a return, email us at info@frostedapparel.com.au with your order details and reason for the return.

    • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
       

  • Exchanges

    • Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same item. If your desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be provided.
       

  • Refunds

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
       

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@frostedapparel.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
